Everything about HTML5

HTML 5 is making a huge splash. It’s like web2.0 all over again. I think it’s a massively important moment in the history of the web, but I also think it’s slightly off-center in terms of where the web should be heading.
It’s difficult to say what the web “started out” as, because there was really no single distinct moment of inception. Sir Tim Berners-Lee cobbled together a program to combine already-extant Internet and hypertext systems, but the primary purpose for this ‘web’ of his was to be a document organization and retrieval system. In fact I think Sir Tim even wanted the web to be editable, so Wikipedia is more or less what he had in mind.

Facebook's new feature loosens Privacy

The social network facebook again added a new feature which gets activated automatically country-by-country. This time it is “Instant Personalization” which will be enabled on web sites like Bing. This loosens the privacy settings of Facebook again.

New Google Chrome 9

Google today released a newer version of their web browser Chrome taking it to version 9.0.597.84. In this new version, Google is adding support for WebGL, Chrome Instant and Chrome Web Store. 

With WebGL, you can have hardware accelerated 3D graphics inside your web browser without the need for any plugins. You can try out some demos to see what you can achieve with this new feature.
